As the Port Authority, we continuously strive for optimum safety for our environment and employees. This channel is available to everyone free of charge and at all times, so that we can intervene in time and efficiently in the event of nuisance and other problematic circumstances.
All incoming complaints and reports are examined seriously and critically. In the interest of everyone’s safety, we therefore ensure complete anonymity when processing the messages and any data.
